11 Best AdPolice Alternatives in 2026, Compared on Real Prices

The best AdPolice alternatives are Bluepear (from $199 a month, 7-day self-serve trial) if price matters most, SEMSCOUT (from €299 a month) for frequent checks in Europe, Marcode if you want hijacking affiliates to lose their commission automatically, and The Search Monitor if you need paid search, shopping and affiliate monitoring in one place.

If your problem is fake products or phishing rather than search ads, I would look at BrandShield or Red Points instead.

Here is the full comparison at a glance. I checked every price on 20 October 2026.

What AdPolice Does Well, and Where People Get Stuck

Before swapping tools, I think it helps to be clear on what you would be giving up. AdPolice is not a small tool.

AdPolice GmbH is based in Hamburg and was started in 2008 by Daniel Karlović, after he got frustrated with affiliates hijacking brand ads. Its main product, BrandProtect, covers four areas:

  • Search: more than 500 search engines in over 130 countries, including local market leaders, not just Google.

  • Shopping: Amazon and Google Shopping in over 100 countries, to catch unauthorized resellers.

  • Social: brand and product names on social media.

  • Domains: more than 700 top-level domains, including typo variants that affiliates register.

Its standout feature is one-click takedowns. It can report abuse to search engines, report affiliates to their networks, and flag resellers who break your rules. Customers it lists include Zalando, Sixt, Sephora, TUI, Adobe and Avis.

So why do people look for an alternative? The 26 reviews on Capterra average 4.8 out of 5, but the same complaints keep coming up:

  • The interface feels dated. One reviewer called it "a bit retro".

  • It takes time to learn. Another said you need a while to get used to it.

  • Loading can be slow at times.

  • API connections do not always pull through the IDs used to identify brand bidders.

Pricing is the other sticking point. AdPolice's own site shows no prices, only a free brand analysis and a demo.

Capterra lists a starting price of US$199, flat rate, with a free trial, but does not say whether that is monthly or yearly. In practice, I would still expect a sales call before you get a real number for your markets.

How I Compared These Tools

Let me be upfront. I have not run all eleven tools on a live account, and I would not trust a list that claims it did on a few weeks of trials.

What I did instead was check each vendor's own pricing and product pages on 20 October 2026, then cross check them against Capterra, G2 and OMR listings. Where sources disagree, I say so.

I also opened the two trials that most lists call free, Bluepear and SEMSCOUT, to see what they really ask for. One of them is not what other guides describe.

I judged every tool on the five things that actually decide whether it can replace AdPolice:

  1. Price you can see before talking to sales.

  2. Check frequency, meaning how often it searches each keyword.

  3. Coverage, in countries and search engines.

  4. Enforcement, whether it only finds problems or also acts on them.

  5. Who it is built for, affiliate teams, PPC teams or legal teams.

The 11 Best AdPolice Alternatives

I split these into two groups. The first seven are true replacements, built for paid search and affiliate abuse like AdPolice. The last four solve a wider brand protection problem, and only make sense if your main threat is not search ads.

1. Bluepear

Bluepear is the easiest AdPolice alternative to start with, because you can see the price and sign up without a sales call.

It monitors your branded keywords, finds affiliates and competitors bidding on them, and logs each case with screenshots, timestamps and URLs. It holds 5.0 on Capterra, though from only 5 reviews.

When I opened Bluepear's trial, the button marked "request demo" took me straight to a sign-up page instead. It asks for your full name, work email and a password, or a Google sign-in. No credit card, no sales call.

Bluepear's trial asks for a name, work email and password. No card.

Why pick it over AdPolice: a known price, a self-serve trial and a simpler setup.

Watch out for: Lite covers only 5 countries and 6 checks a day. If you sell across Europe, you will need Business.

Best for: small and mid-size brands that want brand bidding monitoring on a fixed budget.

2. SEMSCOUT

SEMSCOUT is a German tool built for dense, round-the-clock checks. Its own homepage says it checks up to 200 times a day. Capterra claims up to 800 a day, across up to 50 countries, so I would ask which figure applies to your plan.

That matters because hijackers often run ads for short bursts. A tool that checks six times a day can miss them completely.

When I checked SEMSCOUT's own pricing page, the prices were higher than most guides say. Most lists, including the one ranking above this page, quote €139 a month. That figure comes from an OMR Reviews page last edited in 2023.

SEMSCOUT's pricing page on 20 October 2026, starting at €299 a month.

Here is what SEMSCOUT shows today:

Plan

Markenschutz (brand protection)

From €299 a month

Affiliate-Schutz (affiliate protection)

From €499 a month

Everything above, plus tighter checks, redirect tracing to the network and partner ID, and warning templates

Konzern (enterprise)

Several brands and countries, from 5 monitoring areas

The "7-day trial" also works differently from Bluepear's. You send SEMSCOUT your brand name, website, name and work email. They monitor your brand for 7 days, then show you the results in a live demo. So it is a free brand check, not a self-serve account.

The interface comes in German and English, and it includes legally secure case documentation for trademark complaints.

Why pick it over AdPolice: clear published prices and frequent checks, with a free 7-day check of your own brand first.

Watch out for: reviewers say it focuses on search only, has few settings, and splits brand screening and market analysis into two separate logins. Its 4.5 Capterra score comes from just 4 reviews.

Best for: European brands, especially in German-speaking markets, that want frequent checks with a published price.

3. Marcode

Marcode is the closest match to AdPolice's enforcement style, but it focuses harder on affiliates. It finds affiliates hijacking your brand ads, leaking coupon codes to more than 50 coupon sites, or abusing more than 50 shopping browser extensions. The part I like most is what happens next. Through integrations with Awin, Partnerize, Impact and Rakuten, it can cancel the commission and suspend the affiliate automatically. It checks each keyword up to 20 times an hour.

Capterra lists it from $850 a month, usage based, with a 4.9 rating from 8 reviews. I covered it in depth in my Marcode review.

Why pick it over AdPolice: it goes beyond reporting and actually stops the payout.

Watch out for: it is the priciest tool here with a listed price, and its documentation does not mention Bing.

Best for: retail brands with large affiliate programs on the big networks.

4. The Search Monitor

The Search Monitor is the one to pick if you want the widest view. It covers paid search, shopping, affiliates and competitor ads, and it is one of the few tools in this space that publishes prices.

  • Affiliate Compliance: from $500 a month

  • Brand Protection: from $800 a month

  • SEM Insights: from $800 a month

  • Ad Armor: from $1,200 a month

All four add keyword crawling fees on top. Brand Protection includes automated, time-stamped complaints to search engines, city level geo-targeting and screenshots of ads and landing pages. It covers search engines including Google, Bing, Yahoo, Amazon, Baidu and Yandex. I broke down every plan in my Search Monitor review.

Why pick it over AdPolice: broader channel coverage and published starting prices.

Watch out for: crawl fees are not published, so your real bill will be higher than the headline price.

Best for: PPC teams who want brand protection and competitor data in one tool.

5. BrandVerity

BrandVerity is one of the longest running tools for paid search and trademark compliance. It does not publish prices, but its pricing page does show what each plan includes:

Up to 288

Every plan includes unlimited users, a dedicated customer success manager and free setup. It sends bulk takedown requests to search engines and prewritten emails to affiliates who break your rules. It holds 4.9 on Capterra from 15 reviews.

Why pick it over AdPolice: strong support, clear plan limits and up to 288 checks a day on Enterprise.

Watch out for: you need a sales call to get any price at all.

Best for: large affiliate programs that want hands-on support.

6. ImpersonAlly

ImpersonAlly is a smaller name that most lists skip. It monitors and blocks unauthorized brand bidding and affiliate traffic on your brand terms, tracks affiliates impersonating you, reports trademark infringement and runs automated takedowns.

G2 lists a free trial but no public pricing, and its rating comes from only a handful of reviews.

Why pick it over AdPolice: a narrow focus on affiliate impersonation, with a trial you can start.

Watch out for: very little independent review data so far.

Best for: affiliate teams whose main problem is partners pretending to be the brand.

7. Adthena

Adthena is a paid search intelligence platform first and a brand protection tool second. Its Brand Market View plan includes brand keyword monitoring, automated trademark protection, ad hijacking detection, and fraud and phishing detection.

Adthena says that plan is typically for brands spending $500,000 or more a year on Google Ads. Pricing is custom. Its cheaper $399 ChatGPT Ads plan does not include brand protection.

Why pick it over AdPolice: deep competitor data alongside brand protection.

Watch out for: it is built for big spenders, and you pay for intelligence you may not need.

Best for: enterprise brands with large Google Ads budgets.

8. BrandShield

From here on, the tools solve a wider problem than AdPolice does. BrandShield focuses on online brand threats: phishing, lookalike domains, executive and brand impersonation, fake ads, rogue apps and marketplace scams.

It pairs AI detection with a managed takedown service, including a named threat analyst for each customer. Pricing is tiered by coverage and company size, with no public figures.

Best for: brands whose customers are being phished or scammed in their name.

9. Red Points

Red Points is a leader in counterfeit and marketplace protection. It covers marketplaces, fake websites, social media, gray market sales and piracy, with a flat fee and unlimited detections and takedowns on its main counterfeit plans.

Most lists say it does not cover search ads at all. That is not quite right. Ad protection is an add-on on its Professional plan and included on Enterprise. Still, search is not its core. It holds 4.3 on Capterra from 20 reviews.

Best for: consumer brands with a serious counterfeit problem.

10. Corsearch

Corsearch comes from trademark clearance and watching, and joined with brand protection firm Incopro in 2021. It says it searches 191 trademark databases and scans more than 1,000 online platforms every day.

Best for: legal and IP teams who want trademark watching and anti-counterfeiting in one place.

11. Sentryc

Sentryc is a Berlin company, founded in 2019, that monitors more than 150 marketplaces and media sites for counterfeit products. Takedowns can run automatically, or you can review cases and remove them with one click.

Best for: brands whose main risk is fakes and gray market sellers on European marketplaces.

Vendor sites

My advice before asking for any quote: write down your exact keyword list, countries and affiliate networks first. Send the same scope to every vendor. Otherwise you cannot compare the numbers you get back.

The Number Most Lists Ignore: How Often a Tool Checks

More checks a day means fewer hijacked ads slip through unseen.

An ad hijacker does not run their ad all day. They often run it late at night, at weekends, or in one city only, hoping nobody on your team searches at that moment.

That is why I think check frequency matters more than almost any feature. A tool that searches your keyword 6 times a day sees six moments. A tool that searches 288 times a day sees one every five minutes.

Here is what I could confirm from each vendor's own website:

  • BrandVerity Enterprise: up to 288 a day.

  • SEMSCOUT: up to 200 a day on its homepage. Capterra says 800.

  • Marcode: up to 20 an hour.

  • BrandVerity Premium and Bluepear Business: 12 a day.

  • BrandVerity Professional and Bluepear Lite: 6 a day.

AdPolice does not publish a check frequency. If you are switching, ask every vendor for this number in writing, for your keywords and your countries.

When Staying With AdPolice Makes More Sense

I would not tell everyone to switch. AdPolice is still the better choice in a few cases.

  • Country and engine coverage. More than 500 search engines in over 130 countries is hard to match. Bluepear Lite covers 5 countries, and SEMSCOUT's base plan covers 1.

  • Everything in one tool. Search, shopping, social and domains together. Most cheaper alternatives cover search only.

  • One-click takedowns to networks. Many alternatives give you evidence, and leave the reporting to you.

  • Track record. Almost two decades of work for brands like Zalando and Adobe.

If you sell in many smaller markets, especially outside Western Europe and North America, I would think twice before leaving.

Which AdPolice Alternative Should You Pick?

Match the tool to your main problem, not to the longest feature list.

Here is how I would decide, based on what is actually going wrong.

  • You want a known price and a quick start: Bluepear.

  • You sell mainly in Europe and want frequent checks with a clear price: SEMSCOUT.

  • Affiliates keep getting paid for hijacked sales: Marcode.

  • You need search, shopping and affiliate monitoring together: The Search Monitor.

  • You run a large affiliate program and want strong support: BrandVerity.

  • You spend $500,000 or more a year on Google Ads: Adthena.

  • Your real problem is phishing or fake accounts: BrandShield.

  • Your real problem is counterfeits on marketplaces: Red Points or Sentryc.

  • Your legal team runs enforcement: Corsearch.

These tools sit inside a bigger category, and I explained how the different types fit together in my guide to brand protection software.

Switching From AdPolice Without Losing Coverage

No other guide I found covers this, but it is where switches go wrong. Here is the checklist I would follow.

  1. Run both tools side by side for two weeks. Use the same keywords and countries. Compare what each one catches before you cancel anything.

  2. Export your AdPolice case history. Past evidence helps if an old dispute with an affiliate comes back.

  3. Check your contract end date. Give notice in time so you do not pay for both tools longer than needed.

  4. Re-add your trademark registration numbers. Automated complaints to search engines usually need them.

  5. Reconnect your affiliate networks. Make sure the new tool can report to, or act through, every network you use.

  6. Tell your affiliate managers. Alerts and reports will now come from a different place.

A Quick Word on Click Fraud Tools

You will see tools like ClickCease, Lunio and CHEQ on some AdPolice alternatives lists. They are good products, but they solve a different problem.

They block fake clicks and bot traffic on your ads. They will not tell you that an affiliate is bidding on your brand name. I explained the difference in my guide to click fraud tools.

AdPolice Alternatives Quick Answers

What is the best AdPolice alternative?

In my view, it depends on your problem. For price, Bluepear. For Europe, SEMSCOUT. For affiliate enforcement, Marcode. For the widest coverage, The Search Monitor. For large affiliate programs with hands-on support, BrandVerity.

What is the cheapest AdPolice alternative?

Bluepear, at $199 a month, with the price on its own website and a self-serve trial. AdPolice is also listed at US$199 on Capterra, but the billing period is not stated. SEMSCOUT now starts at €299 a month, not the €139 many lists still quote.

Is there a free AdPolice alternative?

Not a full one. Bluepear has a 7-day self-serve trial with no card. SEMSCOUT runs a free 7-day check of your brand and then shows you the results in a demo. ImpersonAlly lists a free trial on G2, and AdPolice offers a free brand analysis.

How much does AdPolice cost?

AdPolice does not publish prices on its own site. Capterra lists a starting price of US$199, flat rate, with a free trial, but does not say whether that is per month or per year. Ask for a quote based on your keywords and countries.

Which AdPolice alternative is best for affiliate teams?

Marcode, if you want commissions cancelled automatically. Bluepear, if you mainly need detection and evidence on a smaller budget.

Which alternative checks keywords most often?

BrandVerity's Enterprise plan, at up to 288 checks per keyword per day. SEMSCOUT says up to 200 a day on its own site, while Capterra lists 800.

Do AdPolice competitors cover as many countries?

Not usually. AdPolice covers more than 130 countries. Bluepear Business covers all countries, Bluepear Lite only 5, and SEMSCOUT's base plan 1, with more countries at extra cost.

Is AdPolice a click fraud tool?

No. AdPolice finds brand misuse in ads, shopping and domains. It does not block bots or fake clicks.
